INGREDIANTS
a) 1 cup soozi
b) 2 cup yogurt
c) channe ki dal
d) 1tsp rai
e) salt to taste
f) black pepper
recipe
take a big bowl and add 1 cup soozi and 2 cups yogurt and starts mixing well.
than add some water and make thin paste . and than add 1 tsp rai ,soaked channe then add salt to taste and black pepper.
then open the flame put the pan
than clean the pan
add ghee in pan starts use big spoon
then spread paste on pan
